Each account will be assigned a unique mymix.co/username link. You are responsible for ensuring that your username is respectful and safe. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of Service

You agree to use Mymix only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the rights of others.
• Distribute spam or other unsolicited communications.
• Engage in any activity that could harm the Service or its users.
• Add any malicious links or content.
• Upload any song or content for which you do not own the rights or have the necessary permissions.
• Use the Service in any manner that is disrespectful, unsafe, or harmful.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to Mymix ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Mymix a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or any applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Mymix Service, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Mymix. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. This includes but is not limited to violations related to the upload of malicious content, spam, copyright infringements, or disrespectful behavior.

Mymix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mymix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party; or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Mymix has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
